We demand you to terminate and investigate Marion County Prosecutor Mark Pizur for doctoring records in the Paul Upton case.
Demotion is not sufficient punishment.
We demand a thorough investigation of all Mark Pizur's past cases as well.
How many times has he lied and altered paperwork to get a conviction?
How many other documents have been doctored in the Paul Upton case?

Because of his unethical actions the Upton's trial date has been delayed to August 22, it means 3 more months that his dogs will continue to suffer in the hands of the inept Indianapolis Animal Care and Control Shelter personnel and 3 more months of ransom to be paid to the corrupt City of Indianapolis! How many more dogs will die?
