3 LIMITED ATTEMPT FOR NEET UG MUST NOT BE IMPLENTED FROM THIS YEAR. WE NEED A LAST CHANCE.
The Issue
Limiting the attempts to 3 and counting the previous attempts. They said we cannot take the exam for which we are preparing since last 6 months.
The decision should have been announced at the time of NEET 2016. So that student like us could have got an opportunity to save our year.
This is unfair. For those who haven’t taken admission anywhere just in hope of getting a good government medical college. Had they told it before we could have get enrolled ourselves in other courses. At this time announcing it they have created a havoc . Everyone cannot afford those heavy tuition fees of private institutions . Can you just think the difference between minimum tuition fees of government and private college is 575 TIMES.
Being a dropper is not easy. You have to go through many depressions and fluctuations keeping yourself motivated.I am a student from a lower middle class family.I am preparing for this exam from last 3 years. In last 2 years the exam had been conducted twice each year. In both years in first attempt I got 70% and due to cancellation in second attempt I could only get 64% which is not enough to get into a government medical college. This year also I am working hard to get through it but this last minute decision seems to shatter all my dreams. NOT JUST MINE BUT OF THOUSANDS AND LAKHS OF MEDICAL ASPIRANTS WHO ARE PREPARING HARD FOR IT.
What is the use of setting age limit if no. Of attempts has been limited. And even the reservation policy deprives us the student in GENERAL category. They must apply this rule from next year. We should be given a last chance this year.
They are in a way depriving us from RIGHT TO EDUCATION.
THE NEW POLICIES OF THE INDIAN GOVERNMENT IS DISCOURAGING MEDICOS AND MEDICAL ASPIRANTS TO SURVIVE IN THIS COMPETITIVE WORLD.
Similar case was with IIT 2006 admission pattern. They gave an exception to the current year student and implementing it from next year.WE WANT A SIMILAR EXCEPTION IN NEET 2017 TOO.
Please help me and those medical aspirants who are taking drop not just because they couldn't get through it. But because they don't have huge amount of money to pay to those private institution.
