Dear Friends, as we are all aware, the Karnataka Medical Council has initiated a unlawful and illegal process of Renewal/Re- registration of Members of the K.M.C who have registered before 2011. This move of the K.M.C, has no legal sanction and will compromise the legal right and privileges of the 1.2 lakh registered Allopathic Doctors in Karnataka. This unlawful move of the KMC seems to have been done with mala fide intend and is yet to be amended by the Government of Karnataka.
