The rape victims has increased innumerablly in India. No steps been taken to any of the crimes. The punishment for the offence ia very minimal. It isnt helping the girls or stopping rape cases. Set the punishment for rape cases to chopping off the genitilia of the rapists . Do with one rapist and the rape cases will decrease. Change the punishment for rapist from 5 years of jail to chopping of their genitalia. These animals forget that the women are the pillar of the society they themselves have grown in a woman's womb. Shame on themselves. So please give the rapist their worst nightmare.
