Within the burgeoning industry of app companies, trust is a critical element. As the inaugural E-hailing Union worldwide, the trust of our members is fundamental to our operations.

Regrettably, this trust has been betrayed by particular individuals entrusted to represent our interest as National Officers, They are Comrade Fred Aleburu (National Auditor) and Comrade Emeka Emerole (South East Zonal Chairman) who registered a Company called JEF'S SOLUTION LIMITED with RC Number 7178733. This company, engaging in various businesses, including promoting app companies, which constitutes a stark violation of Article 30, section 5 of our Constitution.

Our investigation shows Comrade Emeka Emerole who used a proxy in the registration process is the Managing Director at Jefs Solution Limited while Comrade Fred who used his real credentials during the registration is the Board Secretary.

They've bragged and threatened that there's nothing anyone can do, that they are the Presidency and that they are so connected, Fred Aleburu also threatened our informant that he'll deal with him, claiming his uncle is a highly placed Police officer, they've plotted to use their agents of Propaganda to spread falsehood against our informant who is determined to expose them by providing all necessary documents needed for whatever legal proceedings that will occur!

The easiest way to spot their puppets are they'll immediately come to defend them publicly or via your DMs, be vigilant, watch, flag them and report them immediately to blacklisted and added to the list of sympathizers to these corrupt officers!

We want to let them know that Power and Absolute Power belongs to the people (Members). We've informed the President out of Comradial Courtesy of the timeline given to circulate our Petition.

We also have Evidence of Companies and App Company they are currently promoting, and they as a Company Developed a Dispatch Rider App which was due for Launch last March 2024 called JGOO (App can be found at the play store)

We have warned these App Companies fairly of the need to desist from further dealings with these individuals and their Company, as we believe they were deceived and lured into entering an agreement with these individuals as they are not privy to the constitution. However we've given them a timeline to distant themselves and officially terminate whatever contract they have with these people as failure to do so will mean that they are sympathizers to  corruption. We asked them to send Evidence of Termination of contract to our email addresses on or before the 7th of July, 2024 after which we will begin a Campaign to Boycott all App Companies owned by Jefs Solution Limited or have any Business Dealings with them.

It's worrisome to say that, despite these evidences presented to the NAC, the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee at the NAC are implicitly condoning such behavior, thereby setting a bad precedent for unions worldwide and directly betraying their member trust. We have received, processed, and submitted an official petition outlining these violations through our informant who is a member of the Union– a testament to our commitment to justice. Yet, disappointingly, no appropriate, constitutional disciplinary actions have been taken by the NAC for over 2 months now...

This inaction is not only a dereliction of duty; it also threatens our Union's reputation and our informant within the NLC has informed us that these issue of trying to cover corrupt happenings within the Union is causing a fraction. We have it on good Authority that they are currently considering granting permission for AUATON to have a fraction which is unfortunate for a Union in it's infancy. What’s worse, it risks encouraging more individuals to enter union politics for personal enrichment, rather than to better the lives of our members. Therefore, we call upon the NAC to investigate the matter and take necessary disciplinary action against Comrade Emeka Emerole (South East Zonal Chairman) who claims to be the Jagaban of e-hailing and Comrade Fred Enaikhe Aleburu (National Auditor) as a clear signal to potential corrupt individuals that leadership roles in this Union are no place for personal enrichment. We believe that setting a firm stand against this violation can deter others from committing such acts in future, thereby preserving our Union's integrity.

As a Gesture of Good Faith, we demand the immediate suspension of Comrade Emeka and Fred pending the outcome of the investigation, they are not to engage in any Business of the Union, as we are prepared to take laws into our hands if they are seen handling any Union Business!

The National Auditor also due to his involvement despite being a part custodian of the Constitution has proven he cant be trusted with sensitive position as that of the National Auditor of the Union, neither can he handle the Security Duties of the Union, as since his appointment, he hasn't tendered any official document or Audited the Unions account within the last business year!

How do we Trust them to negotiate with VIO on our behalf when they've already compromised, how can they negotiate our welfare with App companies without compromising our demands, how are we sure the CNG initiative was not inflated to extort more money from members. These questions and more are what we as members must ask ourselves 

Please, add your signature to our call for justice. Sign this petition and let the NAC know we will not stand for such betrayal of trust and constitutional violations. Tell them that we demand immediate action or else we will send out a petition and back it up with a class action suit against all National Executives as Accomplices and invoke the Doctrine of necessity to impeach all National Executives and appoint an interim Caretaker Committee to oversee and organize an Election for new batch of National officers 

Recent happenings on the communicative portal of the Union shows they've instructed their puppets at the state and branch level to delete and remove anyone who expresses legitimate grievances on the platform hence the need for us to set up an Uncensored communication platform where Members will speak freely without being removed or restricted from communicating or exposing corrupt officials 

We highly recommend for Members who have Genuine Trust in AUATON to follow below progressive instructions

• Join our new communication platform where we can plan and mobilize 
• Follow all our Social media accounts 
• Indicate interest to participate to advance the Union in the right Direction 

Name of the WhatsApp group will be Independent e-hailing members of AUATON (IEMA) which will be the general platform, then for Members who see themselves as Crusaders of Justice can also join the E-hailing Anti-Corruption Unit (EACU) as the official body that will tackle and expose any form of  corruption within the E-hailing Industry 

After this stage we will also address a letter to the Ministry of Transportation and Nigerian Labour Congress, officially informing them of the happenings within the NAC and how it's mitigating the progress of the Union
