I think we need a rethink of an increase in salaries to those on the front line, some putting there lives on the line everday. I think ultimately this will help the morale of our emergency services and bring in more human resources. Be it bonuses or more salary to those working more than there contracted hours. Police, fire service, paramedics, these heroes risk there lives daily for our freedoms and safety. Please sign and share this petition up and down the country on a national level.
