Since it’s inception YES waiver reimbursement rates have not changed. We would like to see changes . The children that will benefit from this change are suffering from severe mental health and behavioral problems that impact their ability to live normal and meaningful  lives  . With competitively paid Providers the quality of services would surely make a difference .
