We, students of Elizabeth Seton School, have made the decision that we want to contribute to the security of our nation, the Philippines, as members of the community that pursues justice there. Philippines is a third-world country that isn't the safest, with high rates of crime due to poverty. So we have arrived to the conclusion that we should value our security guards more. We did learn, though, that their salaries are typically very low. We wanted to start by doing something modest, like collecting your signatures for our petition, and we would be very grateful if you could help us accomplish this. We are students that want a better future. A safer future.
