We feel unsafe with drug use in our residential area. Our community deserves to feel secure in their own homes, free from the threat of drug-related activities. Drug use and trafficking have been linked to increased crime rates, including theft and violence, which jeopardize the safety of our family's. Golden Villa is a close-knit community where neighbors look out for one another. However, recent incidents have made it clear that more needs to be done to protect our residents. According to local law enforcement reports, there has been a noticeable uptick in drug-related arrests and emergency calls over the past year.
 We urge management of Golden Villa to implement stricter measures against drug activity within our residential building. This includes automatic eviction of anyone who is arrested for possessions on the premises of any controlled substances such as methamphetamines, heroin, cocaine, etc.
