I am an ordinary person. A 60-year-old, disabled, hardworking grandmother of five precious girls, who has spent her life helping the homeless. I made the choice to move away and live in an RV, not allowing others to exploit my kindness, only to face a much more insidious exploitation. For the past three years, I have experienced V2K (voice-to-skull) harassment—an ordeal that continues with no end in sight.

What is V2K harassment? It’s a type of technology that uses microwave auditory effect to transmit sounds or thoughts into people's heads, causing extreme distress and mental anguish. Often mislabeled as 'crazy' and struggles to be taken seriously. As a result, countless lives, including mine, suffer in silence with no recourse or help from authorities.

This is not just about me. It's about the many folks like me–especially the vulnerable elderly and disabled–who are targeted. These are people who have worked hard, who have contributed to society, who have done nothing to warrant such torment. This harassment is not a product of any wrongdoing on our part. It's a violation of our fundamental human rights.
