We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to take action in supporting the homeless community in Richmond, VA. We request more funding and accessible services such as shelters, food distribution, and mental health care. Poverty and homelessness are ongoing problems in our city, and many individuals do not have access to basic necessities. With more support from our local government, we believe we can reduce homelessness and improve public health and safety.
