Hello, My name is Kerby Jean, Haitian.

I am petitioning to share some insights concerning the school system. I propose adding some real life skills into the agenda. People dont really know about money, Credit, critical thinking skills and problem solving skills.

It is often said that a drug dealer can tell you more about running a business than someone with the proper education. I dont know how accurate that statement is, however I see this in many highly educated professionals. Like  the book “Rich Dad poor dad” illustrated.

Maybe i am wrong, In fact, I am often wrong,

however , I think teaching about  the importance of credit, how to earn money, what money even is? How to develop entrepreneurial skills. Should be prioritized over some other skills, that are often useless outside of the school settings.

Unless that’s antagonistic to the school system’s agenda.

It is my opinion that “entrepreneurial” skills, critical thinking skills and accountability should be standardized in the school system, it is designed to build future leaders after all!  
If you’re saying , that sounds Great Kerby, but  i am not seeing any Solutions in your petition. Thats great, thats why you’re here. Comment what you think could help.

I, for one propose inviting successful entrepreneurs to teach a class or do regular seminars and even have the teachers discuss their books with the students.
