I am a proud employee of UnityPoint and cherish the professional environment it stands for. Similarly, I respect and appreciate the dress code structure that facilitates this high standard. However, recently I purchased a solid color, crew neck sweatshirt sporting the UnityPoint logo from the company store and much to my disappointment, I found out that it is not part of the approved dress code.

Let me clarify, the sweatshirts are professional in appearance and adhere to the company's branding. In my opinion, they appear just as formal as the long sleeve UnityPoint T-shirts which are currently deemed appropriate for daily wear. 

By allowing employees to wear these company-branded sweatshirts, we would not only feel more comfortable, but also promote camaraderie and unity. This could work as a great tool for promoting the UnityPoint brand and would be in line with our values of unity and professionalism.

On behalf of all the team members who have purchased a UnityPoint sweatshirt, ask that the dress code be reviewed and amended so that we can wear our crew neck sweatshirts, carrying the UnityPoint logo, in our professional setting.
