Petition for Safer Employee Parking at DCH
We are asking DCH Health System to create a dedicated employee parking area closer to the hospital for the safety and well-being of its staff.
Every day, DCH employees spend long hours walking the halls, caring for patients, and serving our community. After exhausting shifts — often late at night — many employees are required to walk across busy streets and through distant parking areas just to reach their vehicles and get home safely.
Our healthcare workers deserve better.
We believe DCH should establish a designated employee parking area near the hospital and dedicate it “In Memory of Ada Doss” as a lasting tribute while also prioritizing employee safety.
This change would:
* Improve employee safety, especially during night shifts
* Show appreciation for healthcare workers
* Provide easier access for exhausted staff after long hours
* Honor the memory of Ada Doss in a meaningful way
We stand with the employees who care for our families every day. Now it’s time to care for them, too.
