We, the undersigned residents and commuters, are writing this petition to bring to your attention the need for a direct train service connecting Kalyan, Maharashtra, and Ramnagar, Uttarakhand. Currently, there is only one train service available from Bandra Terminus to Ramnagar, which creates significant inconveniences for travellers who reside or need to travel from Kalyan and other places till Karjat & Kasara.

People from central line face a lot of issue due to following reasons:

1) Distance to Bandra Terminus: Central Line commuters have to travel long distances to reach Bandra Terminus, which adds significant travel time and cost to their overall journey.

2) Inconvenient Departure Time: The train service from Bandra Terminus departs at 5:10 in the morning, making it impractical for many commuters to reach Bandra Terminus in time for the train. This leads to either early morning commutes or overnight stays in the vicinity of Bandra, incurring additional expenses and inconvenience.

3) Limited Travel Options: With only one train service available from Bandra Terminus to Ramnagar, passengers have limited flexibility in choosing their travel timings. 

Kalyan is serving as a major junction connecting several important cities and towns in the state. However, the absence of a direct train service to Ramnagar in Uttarakhand limits the accessibility and connectivity between these two significant regions.

I would like to highlight the following reasons for the necessity of this train service:

Improved Connectivity: A direct train service from Kalyan to Ramnagar would considerably reduce this burden, providing a more convenient and accessible route for the people of Central Line.

Time and Cost-Effective Travel: The existing route from Bandra Terminus to Ramnagar often involves multiple transfers and takes longer hours, making the journey cumbersome and exhausting. A direct train from Kalyan to Ramnagar would save time and reduce travel expenses for passengers.

We, the undersigned, wholeheartedly support this petition and urge you to prioritize the needs of the people and the overall development of the regions involved.
