Improve Working Conditions and Benefits for MB Holding's Great Clips Employees

Improve Working Conditions and Benefits for MB Holding's Great Clips Employees
The Issue
The employees of the MB Holding's Great Clips franchises in Riverside County & Los Angeles County CA, are seeking improved working conditions and benefits.
We believe that a 10% wage increase for all employees is necessary to reflect the rising cost of living in California.
In addition, we propose a policy change to grant one week's paid vacation for each year of employment as a reward for loyalty and dedication.
We also request the implementation of a 401K plan for all full-time employees with a 6% match - an essential benefit that many companies offer their staff.
Furthermore, we urge that no locations close any later than 8 p.m., promoting work-life balance which is crucial to employee well-being.
California labor laws require ten-minute breaks; however, these are not always enforced at our workplaces. We insist on adherence to this law across all franchises in Riverside County & Los Angeles County.
Lastly, we demand that all keyholders be offered full-time employment opportunities.
These changes will significantly improve job satisfaction and employee retention rates while maintaining compliance with state labor laws. Please support us by signing this petition!
