Nijisanji, a popular virtual YouTuber agency, has been a source of entertainment for many around the world. However, recent events suggest that some of the talents aka "Livers" associated with this agency are not being treated fairly or respectfully. Mismanagement of their overseas branches has resulted in the loss of many talented Livers, including most of Nijisanji Indonesia,  and at least one case of a Liver being hospitalized for mental stress reasons.

We, the fans, propose a number of changes that should be made to improve the situation and make amends for mismanagement. 

• Nijisanji should issue an apology to former liver Selen Tatsuki for mishandling her termination.
• Nijisanji must allow talents to receive awards, such as Youtube "Play Button" trophies, to commemorate their achievements.
• Nijisanji should implement an evaluation system by which Livers can offer constructive criticism of management.
• Nijisanji must implement a zero-tolerance policy for bullying/harassment within the company.
• Nijisanji must guarantee that Livers will not be discriminated against on the basis of their gender, nationality, or popularity.

If there is no response to this petition and no actions are taken to remedy the situation, the signers of this petition may consider collective action, such as organizing a boycott, as the next measure.
