I am a resident of D'Alpinia Puchong, Selangor. Like many others in our community, I rely on the Puchong Selatan Toll Plaza LDP Highway to reach housing and commercial areas such as Puchong Gateway, Sierra 16, Alpinia. However, the current traffic system requires us to drive all the way to this toll plaza just to make a U-turn - an arrangement that is only available during certain hours.

The journey that could be completed in 4 minutes now takes more than double that time for a mere distance of 4km due to this detour. This not only adds unnecessary travel time but also imposes an additional toll fee of RM 4.20 per detour. It's not just about the inconvenience; it's about how our daily lives are being affected by this inefficient traffic system.

We urge the relevant authorities to reassess and improve vehicular traffic flow along this route by making the U-turn open at all times. This will not only reduce travel times significantly but also provide easier access for residents without having them pay extra toll fees for their daily commute.
