The Triple challenges faced by South African Unemployment and inequality. Poverty is playing its role, since the constitution of the republic of South Africa 🇿🇦 favour's only the whites monopoly.For Example the afriforum has dominated into all private and public working places, managing without any qualified document whereas the are black people qualified but jobless. This is currently affecting the South African citizens. Public Administration must be accountable.

Slavery is still playing a huge role, but in a polite way and if things don't change people will likely to suffer from hunger, since there's lack of improvement on socio-economic issues as well as employment creation promotion. Therfore if there will be change equality, Employment and equity thus will lead to a successful governance and citizens needs will be responded to. And improve, Housing, Healthcare, Educational systems, service delivery and strictly for South African citizens. 

The constitution of the republic of South African is under review and reform amendments.As it stipulates that people must be encouraged to participate in policy making . Meaning these is the right time to adress social issues affecting South Africa and it's people. And people's needs must be responded. Ubuntu must continue to play it's role. Efficient, economic and effective use of resources must be promoted.
