Petition for Repaving the main driveway of the Galaxy Village Mobile Home Park

To: Galaxy Village LLC 

We, the undersigned residents of Galaxy Village, respectfully request the repaving of the main driveway/road in the mobile home park in accordance with the TEXAS PROPERTY CODE Sec. 94.152
 The current condition of the road is causing inconvenience and potential safety hazards.

Reasons for Repaving:

Safety Concerns: Potholes and uneven surfaces pose risks to drivers, pedestrians, residents, and our children.
Property Value: A well-maintained road enhances the overall appearance and value of our properties.
Maintenance Costs: Repaving now can prevent more costly repairs in the future.

We urge the relevant authorities to take immediate action to repave the road in our community.
