The quality of the service of the number 10 bus in Swindon operated by Stagecoach Swindon has deteriorated rapidly in the last year.

We call on Stagecoach to

Improve the frequency of the service

The service has been reduced to one every 20 minutes during weekdays.

This has led to overcrowding which is dangerous given the current circulation of respiratory illnesses such as Covid.

Reduce the number of cancellations

Buses are cancelled at the last minute with little or no information made public.

Revert to the old route

The new route excludes residents who live along Freshbrook Way. This means elderly & disabled residents in sheltered housing now have to walk a considerable distance to access a bus.

The new route features a double loop to the Link Centre and adds time to journeys.
