Several glitches in the system have been compromising our personal information, breaking the trust we had in Mattel. Apart from security concerns, there's an alarming lack of adherence to their own rules and regulations. This isn't just non-compliance, it's a breach of the contract between us, the collectors, and Mattel.

The most heartbreaking of these issues is the shipping of thousands of damaged pieces. Not only does this reduce the value of our collections, but it also dents the spirit of true collectors like us who value the perfection of each item.

In sum, we are seeking impactful changes within Mattel's RLC program. We're asking Mattel to bolster their cybersecurity to protect our personal information. We implore them to stick to their regulations to ensure a fair collecting experience. And lastly, we demand better quality control before shipping. Our collections are precious to us; every unit should be in impeccable condition. The overdrive program needs to be redesigned and a separate production line should be put in place for this premium membership. At the end of the day we pay a premium and your company cannot fulfill their end of the bargain. We also seek for each piece to be limited edition like it was in the old days with a production number. We do not pay for a membership for you to mass produce items for a profit.
