Residents are increasingly concerned about speeding vehicles on Kedleston Road, particularly along the 30mph stretch near residential areas and a school.

Multiple people have witnessed vehicles travelling well above the speed limit, creating a serious risk to pedestrians, children, pets, and local wildlife.

Tragically, there have already been instances of pets being killed on this road, including my own, as well as reports from other residents. There is also a noticeable amount of wildlife being hit, which further highlights the risks associated with vehicle speeds in this area.

This is not an isolated concern but an ongoing issue affecting the safety of the community.
