I am a former resident of Madison Mobile Home Park in Mansfield, Ohio. During my time there from 2012 to 2015, the condition of the roads within the park was deplorable and has only worsened since then. The park management continues to increase lot rents without investing in necessary maintenance and improvements. This negligence is causing damage to vehicles and creating unsafe conditions for residents.

The majority of residents are elderly individuals who have chosen this community for its promise of ease and convenience. Yet they are forced to navigate treacherous roads filled with potholes and litter on a daily basis. This not only poses a risk to their safety but also leads to costly vehicle repairs that many cannot afford.

Moreover, it seems that new owners frequently acquire the park only to raise rents while ignoring these pressing issues. They enforce strict rules about lawn care and outdoor items but fail miserably when it comes to maintaining basic infrastructure.

This petition calls upon the current owners of Madison Mobile Home Park in Mansfield, Ohio, as well as local government officials responsible for housing regulations, demanding immediate action be taken towards improving road conditions within the park.

We must ensure that our elderly citizens can live peacefully without having their vehicles damaged or their safety compromised due to poor road conditions. It's high time we held those responsible accountable for providing safe living conditions they promised.
