As a resident of Mauchline, I have personally experienced the lack of patient care at Ballochmyle Medical Practice. The service is poor and accessing a GP has become increasingly difficult. This is not just my personal experience, but a shared concern among many in our community.

Ballochmyle Medical Practice has been ranked as the worst GP surgery in Ayrshire, which is deeply concerning for all patients relying on its services. We deserve better healthcare access and quality from our local medical practice.

We urge the management of Ballochmyle Medical Practice to take immediate action to improve patient care and accessibility. We call upon NHS Ayrshire & Arran and relevant health authorities to intervene if necessary, ensuring that every resident of Mauchline receives the standard of healthcare they are entitled to.
