As first tenants of this new and beautiful apartment complex, we would like to be able to actually live and thrive here instead of being stifled with strict rules and restrictions. We pay a lot to live here and would like the freedom to use the amenities how we like and with respect.

We are requesting the following changes:
- Extend rooftop hours from 6 am-midnight so residents can enjoy evening gatherings.
- Create more guest parking spots for visitors' convenience.
- Permit residents to purchase additional parking spots as needed.
