Improve Internet Speeds for Seamless Video Streaming
The Issue
I am an avid YouTube user, and like many others, I rely on a 1GB internet connection to stream videos. However, the current internet speeds are not sufficient to provide a seamless streaming experience. This is not just my personal struggle but a widespread issue affecting millions of users worldwide.
According to the Speedtest Global Index (2020), the global average broadband speed stands at 73.58 Mbps which is significantly lower than what's required for high-quality video streaming. This often results in buffering and poor video quality, disrupting our entertainment or learning experience.
We urge Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and relevant authorities to take note of this issue and work towards improving internet speeds. It's time we move towards an era where high-speed internet isn't a luxury but a basic necessity.
Please sign this petition if you believe in the need for better internet speeds for all users across the globe.
