This disparity creates numerous challenges, from students struggling to attend online classes to professionals unable to work effectively from home. In today’s digital age, lagging internet not only hampers productivity but also affects our educational endeavors, entertainment, and overall quality of life.
Despite multiple complaints to Bell and Beanfield, the issue remains unresolved. This highlights a basic inequality that seems to discriminate against our building within the complex. We are paying the same amount as our neighbours, yet receiving substandard service—a situation that is simply unacceptable.
We believe that it's time for Bell and Beanfield to take decisive and immediate action to rectify this situation. We propose the installation of additional network infrastructure tailored to support our building's unique requirements. This could involve upgrading current lines, adding new routers, or reevaluating the bandwidth distribution to ensure equitable service.
