Improve food options and serving sizes at MIAD

Improve food options and serving sizes at MIAD
The Issue
The company currently signed with the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design(MIAD) is called Dining Creations. It is a company with an allegedly ongoing problem with racism, underpaid workers, unhealthy food and complete disregard for allergies.
Students, please send your images or descriptions of the food they have received. (Ex: all breakfast sandwiches are either soggy, burnt or a combination of the two. Almost all have fused with the tin foil wrappers, leaving paper burnt into them.)
To ensure that MIAD students have access to nutritious and varied meals that sustain their mental and physical well-being, we call for school administration and food service providers to vastly improve the food options available on campus. This includes introducing a wider variety of healthy meals, accommodating different dietary and cultural preferences, and reassessing portion sizes to ensure every student receives satisfying and adequate nutrition.
Steps that can help include conducting surveys among the student body to gather input on preferred meal options and portion sizes and partnering with local food vendors and catering services to bring in fresh and diverse ingredients. Additionally, the introduction of regular feedback sessions would ensure continuous improvement in the food services. The Students at MIAD deserve better food for what they are currently paying for.
