Good day, my fellow Flora Damansara neighbours.

 

Ever since we purchase a unit in this condominium, we have been severely disappointed by the terrible management of this property and we have witnessed its deterioration through the years. It is time we put an end to this lackadaisical attitude and demand MKLand and JMB to buck up and be more responsible.

 

The frequent lift breakdowns, water leakages, faulty electrical wiring system, and uncollected old furniture and rubbish have become safety hazards. We had an arsonist burning the old furniture in block E. We had a fire in the parking area of level two, block E due to faulty electrical wiring system. We had frequent water leakages and lift breakdowns in blocks E, F and H. We should not wait until there are casualties to take action for change.

 

Another pain point we should get MKLand to address is our long wait for our strata titles.

 

The main goal of this petition is to gather as many signatures as we can from owners and residents of Flora Damansara to be attached in our letter to MKLand, JMB, Kementerian Perumahan and Selangor Land Authority. Our first step is to write to them to voice our grave concerns and give them six (6) months to address our concerns. Should they fail to do so, we would proceed to the Strata Management Tribunal to present our case in front of a judge.
