As active participants in the vibrant Lancris Residences community, we recognize the pivotal role that effective communication, resident involvement, and well-maintained facilities play in shaping the collective well-being and vitality of our condominium complex. With this in mind, we have drafted a petition directed towards your esteemed selves, advocating not only for improvements to our facilities but also for enhanced resident engagement in the decision-making process, alongside transparent communication channels.

 

Lancris Residences stands as a example of modern living, offering a range of goodl facilities designed to enrich the lives of its residents. However, we acknowledge that the full potential of our community has yet to be realized, particularly in terms of fostering transparent communication channels and resident involvement in governance and decision-making. The list below enumerates some of our requests that we hope can be implemented in our residences:

 

Proposed Improvements:

1. Improvement of Operating Hours for Common Facilities and Facilities Expansion: 

 

We request for extension of gym hours operations and for the reinstatement of the original operating hours for the pool. We also appeal to the developer for the expansion of our gym facilities given that its size is very small to service our growing community. 

 

2. Increased Resident Involvement in Facility Operations: We propose establishing resident-led committees tasked with soliciting feedback and recommendations for enhancing the functionality and inclusivity of our various amenities. Transparent communication channels, such as community forums, should be established to ensure residents' voices are heard and considered in decision-making processes. We appreciate enhanced communication efforts from our property management staff to keep residents informed of any changes or updates. This includes regular email updates, posting notices in common areas, and utilizing digital platforms for real-time notifications.

3. Controlled Access for Non residents and owners: To address concerns regarding overcrowding and prioritize resident/owner comfort, we suggest establishing controlled access measures, particularly for non-residents of the Condominium Complex

4. Enhanced Maintenance of Pool and Other Common Areas: We emphasize the importance of transparent communication between management and residents regarding maintenance schedules and protocols, as well as the involvement of residents in oversight committees to ensure the timely and effective upkeep of our pool and shower areas. Monthly maintenance updates and feedback mechanisms should be implemented to keep residents informed and engaged in the maintenance process.

Resident Involvement in Governance: Recognizing the importance of resident representation in decision-making processes, we advocate for the inclusion of independent resident members on the Board of Directors, ensuring that the diverse voices and perspectives of our community are adequately represented and empowered.
