I am a resident of West Jordan, UT, USA. Like many others in my community, I find myself constantly inconvenienced by construction projects. These projects disrupt our daily lives and routines without any prior notice or information about their schedules. This lack of communication from the local government is not only frustrating but also affects all residents' plans.

The American Public Works Association states that effective communication between the public and local government during construction projects can significantly reduce complaints and increase public satisfaction (APWA). Yet, we are left in the dark about these matters.

We need more transparency from our local government regarding these construction projects. We deserve to know when they will start, how long they will last, what areas will be affected, and how it may impact our daily routines.

This petition calls for increased communication between residents affected by construction and the local government implementing these projects in West Jordan. It's time for us to have a voice in decisions that directly affect our lives.
