Improve ABM Career Opportunities at Paliparan 2

The Issue

INTRODUCTION
As a student of the Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) strand at Paliparan 2, I am writing to express my concern about the lack of career opportunities available to ABM students. I believe that Paliparan 2 can do more to improve the career prospects of its ABM students by providing them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in their chosen careers.

PROBLEM
The business world is constantly evolving, and it is becoming increasingly important for students to have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their chosen careers. However, I believe that Paliparan 2 is not providing enough career opportunities for its ABM students. This lack of opportunities can cause frustration among students who feel that they are not being adequately prepared for the job market. Additionally, students may be discouraged from pursuing the ABM strand if they feel that there are limited career prospects in this field.

SOLUTIONS
To address these issues, we recommend that the government and private sectors work together to improve the ABM education and resources in Paliparan 2. Firstly, the government should allocate more funds to schools for the acquisition of new textbooks, journals, and other reference materials. Secondly, the government should provide professional development training for ABM teachers to ensure that they are equipped with the latest knowledge and practices in the field. Finally, private companies can offer internships and job placements to ABM students to give them practical experience in the business world.

BENEFITS
De Guzman (2016) Improving access for the poor (run small-scale educational programs; development of larger central schools and subsidize boarding and transportation costs) The benefits of improving the ABM education and resources in Paliparan 2 are significant. Firstly, it will improve the quality of education received by the students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their future careers. Secondly, it will increase the employability of ABM graduates, making them more competitive in the job market. Lastly, it will contribute to the growth of the local economy by providing businesses with a more skilled and capable workforce. Philippine Education (2003) Following MTPDP’s provision that “educational quality improvement shall originate from the school and redound to its own benefit and that of the community”, DepEd implemented policies recognizing that educational services are best managed and delivered at the school level with community and local government support.
