This paper includes the introduction, purpose, description, support, and contact information of the persons involved in this project. This is dedicated to the people of Barangay Sabang, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro to resolve the problem of improper waste disposal.

Lots of people in Barangay Sabang are impacted by the waste and disposal that leads to a massive damage to our environment witch at stake of losing our mother nature.

If this happens often or everywhere, this could lead us to lose our tourist attraction and even damage beaches, jungle, and all part of our environment. all of us won't want this to happen.

So, let our system reunite and help each anyone of us for the better plan to protect our environment. This is our time to act right on our beloved mother nature.

Introduction: 
Today we live in a global consumer society. People across the world purchase, use, and dispose a huge variety of products which makes our lives easier and more comfortable. However, the result of this is a massive damage to our environment. What can one individual do to protect the environment? Very little it may seem, especially compared to the power of governments and huge industrial companies. However, working together with dozens, hundreds, or millions of other people, we can influence and change policies which are destroying our environment, or we can make a plan to protect our environment without being against to the policies and laws given by the higher authority. 
Here we will tackle about a problem that is very dangerous in many aspects, it may cause illness or death. This problem is all about the improper collection of waste in Barangay Sabang, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro. We all know that garbage is one of the major problems here in our country, because garbage causes many harmful effects. Proper garbage collection is really a must, especially here in the Philippines because as we all know, our country disposes products, recycles many materials and that means trashes should be collected immediately because garbage comes right away. We cannot stop having garbage in our daily life, we cannot avoid it but we can organize it so that it will not be a burden to each and every one of us. But unfortunately, in Barangay Sabang, proper waste collection is not being implemented. People here tend to throw and pile up their garbage, so all the thrown garbage is untidy, and it is very unpleasant. Especially, because there are people living in Barangay Sabang, all the garbages may cause certain kinds of diseases and will make them feel unimportant because their place is just a dumpsite for others, they might feel unresected. 

 

Purpose: 
As said on the other part of this proposal, there are so many people that were affected due to the improper disposal of garbage in Barangay Sabang, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro. Most of the people who are affected are located at Barangay Sabang, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro. There are some goals that this project wants to accomplish such as: preventing flashfloods not only in the said barangay but also all over Sabang, to reduce pollution – air pollution, soil pollution etc. But the main purpose of this proposal is to diminish the number of scattered garbage on the streets and around Barangay Sabang, Puerto Galera Oriental Mindoro. This proposal also wants to propose for another two trucks for the collection of garbage, and so that the collection around the said areas will be better, proper and faster. 

Description: 
Acquiring two garbage trucks will diminish the workload of collecting garbage, and the collection of garbage would be faster and sufficient. This garbage truck would be a big help for the people of Barangay Sabang as it is said, it will help to reduce the amount of garbage in Barangay Sabang for proper trash collection, for faster garbage collection, to prevent flash flooding, to reduce pollution, and also to reduce the number of complaints. The people of Barangay Sabang can get ill, because of the pollution of trash. As a concerned citizen that wants to help the people of Barangay Sabang, we need the help of the Mayor of Puerto Galera as well as the Governor to acquire finance and solution to this problem. 

Support: 
In order to acquire 2 garbage trucks, we need an approximate budget of 1,000,000.00 (one million peso). We can gather this amount of money through solicitation and by doing fund raising activity. We will conduct a meeting so that the other officials will be informed about this project. This should be implemented before the end of March. Cooperation of the officials and members are highly recommended.
