Impose sanctions on China until they cease trade in wild animals

China has just announced legal trade in animals skins, including those of tigers, and other highly endangered creatures. http://news.mongabay.com/2011/0814-hance_tigerskins.html

Sanctions need to be imposed until they stop all trade in wild animals and thier parts, stop the skinning of dogs, implement and police animal welfare laws akin to those in the UK

Seahorses strung up and dried in the sun alive for medicine, tiger penis & shark fin soup are normal, dogs are skinned alive for the fashion industry, fish are cooked and served alive in restaurants, turtles are sold in keychains doomed to a slow death in their own excrement and many many other atrocities against animals both wild and domestic need to stop.

At some point we have to say enough is enough.
