We, as a collective force of fans, educators, players, and parents, voice our deep concerns over the NCAA's recent amendments to the Transfer Portal which permit unlimited transfers for players. The perpetual cycle of transfers jeopardizes the stability of teams and disrupts the academic journey of student-athletes.

According to the NCAA's official data, only 62% of transfer students graduate, significantly less than the 80% graduation rate of non-transfers (NCAA Research, 2020). This change exposes our young athletes to uncertain educational outcomes.

Furthermore, the growing volatility in team compositions compromises the integrity of the sport, making it difficult for coaches to plan team dynamics and for fans to foster loyalty.
