The Issue

Bullying is a ongoing issue in our schools, and it is not taken seriously enough.  If a 3 strike rule is implemented they know thats all the chances they get before they are expelled. The first incident is immediate suspension, to state and show there is a 0 tolerance. Second strike could be again immediate suspension plus mandatory in school counceling.  Then 3rd strike they are expelled.

Adding dbt therapy worksheets aswell for both the bully and victim, teachs and helps learn healthy ways to manage conflict, teachs how to understand and regulate emotions and more.

But 3 chances thats all they get.

It will be taken more seriousky by students, and the hallways will be a safer place.  Our children spend 5 days a week 6 hours a day in school. It needs to be a safe environment. How can children learn in fear? How can they learn if they start lacking confidence in themselves because of bullying?

37% of bullies end up contributing to criminal activity, what if we can lower that to 10%?

Bullying is the second leading cause of suicide in youths, what if we could make it the 10th? Its not 0 but it is a change.

We all know someone or have been someone who has experienced bullying or is experiencing bullying right now.  Lets stand together and make a change.
