After months of compiling information and having the group submit the complaint to HDC, they advised they had already recieved a complaint last year, and for us to take it up directly with medafe.

What is their legal legislative duties to respond to a proper complaint and it's process?

Alot of emails back and forth and correspondence with medsafe, but still no clear direction forward for making change or getting any kind kind of meaningful help in nz.

Alot of dismissive and time wasting tactics with the hopes that we stop this pursuit....and in all this time another person has joined the group who is severely affected and it could of been easily avoided.

I know the health system is under pressure, but we are literally giving then all the relevant information aswell as answers to the problem which could minimize risk and harm.........where is the compassion
