I am a concerned citizen of San Carlos City, Pangasinan, Philippines. I have noticed that many students are consistently late for the flag ceremony at our local schools. This is not just about punctuality; it's about respect for our national flag and what it represents.

It is disheartening to see this tradition being neglected due to tardiness. Therefore, I propose that we implement stricter school start times to ensure all students can participate in this important ritual on time. This could involve earlier bus schedules or stricter enforcement of current start times.
