A heartbreaking event recently occurred in our community. A tiny, defenseless puppy was mistreated and ultimately killed by some minors. This incident is not just shocking; it feels like a murder. And I believe the person responsible should rightly be seen as a murderer. Such cruel acts against helpless creatures cannot be left unpunished. Unfortunately, such events are not isolated in our country.

Statistically, Albania has seen a rising trend of animal abuse incidents over recent years, making it paramount that the government legislates stricter and more effective punishments for individuals involved in such vile acts of inhumanity.
