My experience as a student at Melgar National High School has been marred due to the lack of discipline amongst my peers. Many students are not obeying the school rules concerning the proper disposal of waste materials. Such behavior not only disrupts the learning environment but also puts the school's sanitation at risk.

The World Health Organization emphasizes the importance of cleanliness in schools to maintain the health and well-being of students, yet our school continues to falter due to the unruly conduct of many students. We can no longer ignore the effects this rudeness has on academic progression, school morale, and environmental protection.

What we plead for is the strict implementation of disciplinary actions and policies to all students to promote a more conducive and harmonious learning space. By doing this, we can help foster respect, responsibility, and cleanliness amongst each other.
