I have personally witnessed the lack of an effective waste disposal system in our school. This distressing observation spurs me to stand up and make a difference. However, it is a task that needs all of us to participate in. Our school, like many educational institutions, produces a significant amount of waste, but where does it all go?

According to a 2015 study published by the Journal of Material Cycles and Waste Management, a typical school can generate up to 34.4 kg of waste per day. With our current lack of proper waste segregation, this could mean an unimaginable harm to our environment.

Thus, this petition seeks your support to promote and implement a proper waste segregation system in our school. This will significantly reduce misplaced waste and teach our students the importance of environmental sustainability, shaping future generations who are more conscious about our planet's welfare.
