I am a student from Cagayan Valley, Philippines, and I have personally witnessed the struggles our school workers face due to improper waste segregation. Every day, they are tasked with collecting mixed garbage which makes their job more difficult than it should be. This is not just about making their work easier; it's about creating a healthier environment for all of us.

Waste segregation is an ideal way to diminish the impact of landfills on the environment as well as health issues that can result from improperly disposed of wastes and toxins.
