Implement Necessary Changes in PBS Kids' Schedule

The Issue

As a devoted viewer and supporter of PBS Kids, I have personally noticed a decline in the effectiveness of the channel's schedule. This has a significant impact on our children's learning experience, and it's important to address these concerns.

PBS Kids is renowned for its quality content that not only entertains but also educates our children. However, the current scheduling situation can be confusing and hinders the effectiveness of the broadcasts. Many crucial educational episodes are either aired too early in the morning or during school hours, subsequently children are missing out on key educational opportunities. According to Nielsen ratings, children viewership is highest between 6 am to 5 pm (source: Nielsen Media Research), which is a time slot not effectively utilized by PBS Kids.

We urgently need to reevaluate and adapt the PBS Kids' schedule to better cater for our children's patterns and provide them with the utmost educational benefits. The aim is not to disestablish the great structure PBS has in place but to improve upon it, making the channel more accessible and valuable for our kids.
