I come to you with a personal story of what my children,I & countless others have been through. I am a victim of Noise Campaign/Gangstalking (please look up Noise Campaign)...which is an organized harassment tactic involving a disturbing level of noise through rss feeds & radio frequencies targeted at individuals to disrupt their peace & mental wellbeing. This campaign against my children & I started from my old neighbors in HighPoint, N.C. & despite having knowledge about it, the police did nothing & my landlord chose to stay silent. Noise Campaigns can escalate into more severe forms of harassment & threats, like what was experienced during 'Pizza Gate', where online conspiracy theories can have real-world damaging consequences.

Similar to domestic abuse where a victim is not safe in their own home, Noise Campaigns create an unsafe environment for victims who have to live in constant fear and stress. Noise Campaigns should be recognized as a form of harassment like stalking that has severe mental and physical implications & also..invasion of privacy.

Unfortunately, the legal system has not caught up with the times as of yet. There are no specific laws aiding victims of noise harassment or protecting those who could potentially be or have been targeted. It is essential to shed light on this reality which is the new form of gang- stalking and advocate for effective legal measures.

For these reasons, we implore lawmakers to introduce and implement new laws to prevent Noise Campaigns so we can get justice. We also demand the development of adequate support systems and resources to aid those affected by this distressing form of harassment. The time to act is now!
