Being a proud member of Vistancia community and a regular at our local community center, where I contribute to training our children, I understand the importance of readily available, convenient snacks and refreshments. Our kids, parents, and fellow employees need nourishment to keep up their energy throughout the day. 

As a solution, I propose to set up and operate vending machines at the community center completely free of charge - both for the center and the community members. I will be personally responsible for the maintenance and restocking process, ensuring a consistent flow of snacks, beverages, and energy drinks tailored to the needs of our community.

Adding vending machines can encourage better nutrition habits among our community members. According to the Journal of American Health, vending machines that provide healthier snacks encourage better eating habits in adults and children alike (Journal of American Health, 2019). For a vibrant community like ours where health and wellbeing are paramount, this instills an additional advantage.

In addition, the presence of these machines can help bolster local economy. As a member who spends most days at the community center, this venture kicks off my fledgling vending machine business.
