Implement Equal Rights and Fair Treatment in Courts for All

The Issue

As someone who has personally witnessed and experienced the inequities and injustices of our court system, this call for substantial reform is not only urgent but crucially necessary. I survived the hardships of both criminal and family courts, and have seen countless others subjected to biased, sexist, and unconstitutional treatment.

Despite engaging legal representation with the hope of obtaining justice, I was sadly left to fend for myself during a custody battle, then later manipulated into a guilty plea with no supporting evidence or due process, purportedly to safeguard another lawyer's unprofessional conduct. The emotional and mental damage inflicted on me and my children cannot be understated. Meanwhile, the parties involved proceed unaffected, their conscience seemingly untroubled as they amass their retirement funds.

This situation is not isolated. Double standards, inequality, and a disregard for established law are unacceptable and must be challenged. There is a pressing need for foundational change to ensure the right to fair treatment for everyone involved in the judicial process.

The changes put forth in this petition involve equipping all courtrooms with audio-visual equipment to promote transparency, accountability, and adherence to due process. Furthermore, it calls for judicial processes to be anchored in the constitution as envisioned within Article 3, with public servants adhering to their constitutional oaths. Essentially, always remembering that they are the trustees, and we, the people, are the beneficiaries, bearing all rights reserved.

Together we can hold our courts accountable, promote equal rights and justice, and restore faith in our legal systems. We cannot let more families endure the pain and suffering borne out of unfair court procedures, sign this petition to advocate for a more balanced, fair, and constitutionally sound court system. Your signature can make a significant impact.
