Implement Effective Strategies to Prevent Cyberbullying

Implement Effective Strategies to Prevent Cyberbullying
The Issue
As someone who has witnessed the devastating effects of cyberbullying, I am compelled to bring this issue to light. Cyberbullying is not a joke and should never be normalized. In our increasingly digital world, this form of bullying has intensified and continues to cause harm.
In the Philippines, a study by UNICEF found that 3 out of 10 young people have experienced cyberbullying (UNICEF, 2019). Similarly in the Netherlands, research indicates that approximately 15% of children aged between 9 and 16 years old have been victims (EU Kids Online Network, 2020). These statistics are alarming and demonstrate the urgent need for action.
We must work together to implement effective strategies that will prevent cyberbullying. This includes education about online etiquette and respect for others' rights; stricter regulations on social media platforms; support services for victims; as well as penalties for perpetrators. Not only the Filippines nor Netherlands experience this kind of an issue or problem, this is worldwide, means that everyone is affected, every country, every person, well not all but lots are victimized by this kind of an action.
Government and other types of organization tryin their best to prevent this issue or a problem but its not that easy since not all bullyer in social media can be known, as they will create an dummy account or fake account, just to be not caught in time or anytime.
Especially in Philippines, out of 100% 46 to 67% of filipinos experience this issue, still it did kinda low as expected percent as in 70 to 90 still that kind of number still at shocking moment.
We should help each other to prevent cyberbullying, since this should not be Toleralyzed, especially this could hurt by someone, leading to suicidal thoughts, though this could not be fully end the cyberbullying, but at least we can help the victims, and slowed this or minimizes the number of case of this problem.
