The Issue
In my company, like many others, the notice period is set at an unfavorable three months. This requirement has continually posed challenges for employees who wish to explore better career opportunities. The extended notice period not only restricts us from accepting new and promising offers but also places us at a disadvantage in the job market, which typically moves at a much faster pace.

A uniform notice period of one month would help level the playing field, allowing employees like myself the freedom and flexibility to make career changes without unnecessary hold-ups.
