We therefore call on Congress to:

Immediately investigate these statements and their implications for national and international security
Publicly condemn any rhetoric that promotes or suggests unlawful military action against civilian populations
Take all appropriate constitutional measures to prevent the abuse of executive power, including—but not limited to—formal censure, invocation of relevant constitutional provisions, or initiation of removal proceedings if warranted

Act with urgency to ensure that no unauthorized or unlawful military action can be carried out

Given the stated timeline associated with these threats, we urge Congress to act without delay and take all necessary steps to safeguard human life and uphold the Constitution before any irreversible action is taken.
